This semi-autobiographical film tells the story of a boy called Jamie as three women in 1970’s California seek shape and educate him about love and freedom in a world that’s changing fast.
7. Hidden Figures
How’s this for a cast: Octavia Spencer, Tarji P. Henson, Janelle Monae, Kirsten Dunst and Kevin Costner star in this the untold story of three black woman who worked at NASA and were instrumental in one of the biggest events in history – sending John Glenn into space. It’s got a hell of a soundtrack too – Pharrell, Alicia Keyes, Mary J. Blige…
