On the first day of Donald Trump’s presidency, more than 60 cities in 32 countries will take part in women-led marches, in solidarity with the main march in Washington D.C. Beginning in Grosvenor Square, the Facebook event for the London leg has 12,000 people marked as ‘going’, and another 21,000 ‘interested’. It’s going to be huge. More info here

 Natalie Portman’s portrayal of former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy is finally being released in the UK this weekend. It’s one of the buzziest films of awards season, offers a different perspective on the JFK assassination and its aftermath, and has some pretty epic costumes to boot. In cinemas nationwide from Friday 20th January.

The Macbeth Of Hoxton in London is having a Buffy The Vampire Slayer marathon on Sunday 22nd January, complete with Buffy quiz, a fancy dress competition, bloody punch bowl and – of course – some of the best Buffy episodes ever.
