7 Cheap And Easy Things To Do With Spinach

7 Cheap And Easy Things To Do With Spinach

The Debrief: I'm Popeye the sailor man, I live in a caravan, With a hole in the middle, Through which I can piddle, I'm Popeye the sailor man - toot! toot!

Spinach is the original, and best superfood. Remember Popeye? He downed cans of spinach like they were shots of Glen's Vodka and he was a fresher on the first rugby night out of the year. Spinach did him loads of good. He got weird shaped muscles and got to snog Olive Oyl, who was a total babe.

Over the years though, spinach got kind of a bad rap. It was probably, when you were younger, the last thing you'd want to see on your dinner plate except liver, brussels sprouts and other things Mums were inexplicably into back into the day.
