Following the rumours that Zayn's been cheating on his fiancée Perrie Edwards with a random girl in Phuket, and other rumours that Zayn and bandmate Louis Tomlinson might not be able to perform in Manila unless they pay £3,000 to be forfeited if they're caught promoting or using drugs...Zayn has left One Direction's On The Road Again tour.
The band's people released this statement today, reports the BBC: 'Zayn has been signed off with stress and is flying back to the UK to recuperate.
'The band wish him well and will continue with their performances in Manila and Jakarta.'
We don't want to upset anyone or anything, but remember way back in 1998 when Geri Halliwell just didn't turn up to a Spice Girls show in Istanbul? Maybe, maybe, Zayn is all pooped out and needs a long snooze. We can't fathom the alternative...
If One Direction's people are reading, maybe we can suggest Another Level's Dane Bowers to replace Zayn in the interim? He's a great crooner, his name kind of rhymes with Zayn and we get a feeling he's a really hard worker.
