Welcome back to One Drink Five Ways – our genius guide to making the most out of your bottle of booze by creating five whole different drinks to suit even the pickiest of your friends.

So far we’ve brought you different drinks to make with a bottle of the amazing gin that is Bombay Sapphire and the drinks you can make from a bottle of Grey Goose Vodka.

Up next? A few things to do with a bottle of Bacardi Rum. Don’t say we don’t treat you right.

The Sweet One: Raspberry Mojito

Perhaps the best advice we have ever received: ‘Treat cocktails like a cup of tea. Some people have it with sugar, some have it without’. Advice which rings especially true in the case of a mojito. Add raspberries to take yours to the next level. Top tip: You can also ‘spank’ the mint to release the flavours – over-muddling (crushing) brings out the bitterness. Full recipe here.

The Sour One: Daiquiri

The most important thing with a daiquiri is to Shake It Out. Hard. Like, for ten whole seconds. If you haven’t got a cocktail shaker then use a jam jar and never, ever forgo the shaking for blending. Although it’s basically just rum, daiquiris taste crisp and not too strong. Get the recipe here.

The Creamy One: Piña Colada){href='http://www.mixedcocktails.com/en-us/rum-cocktails/daiquiri-(2)' target='_blank' rel='noopener noreferrer'}

This one you can blend. Just pour all the ingredients into a blender and blast it. Two top tips with this fruity bad boy: it goes excellently with a Thai curry as it’s an excellent way to use up all that leftover lime and coconut. And, add a pinch of salt to bring out the flavours. The Fruity One: Air Mail

Nice and zesty this one – on account of the fresh lime juice you’re going to use. But don’t worry, the honey should stop it having that bitter taste. Make sure you add the prosecco after you do your shaking or you’ll be cleaning up bubbles rather than sipping them. Again, all the details are here.

The Long One: Cuba Libre

The easiest one of the bunch. Ignore people that say it’s ‘just’ a rum and coke because it’s so much more. Make sure you add two wedges of lime for the best flavour. Top tip: pouring the rum and coke over the lime means you’ll get the most flavour out of the lime. Here’s the recipe.
