'Get a Mai Tai because it usually comes in a big Tiki-style cup or a coconut. Or, get a Pina Colada because that will come in a long glass. Meaning you won't spill it all over the place/your dress.'

...And want to avoid a dry cleaning bill that puts Kate Moss to shame, we should add. 'Order Prosecco or a Martini because they’ll come up clear if you spill. But only order a Martini if you really like strong drinks because a lot of people come in and order one to impress people and then find it’s too much for them. Whether you order it dirty, wet or dry depends on your flavour profile but I always prefer Gin-Based Martinis, wet with a twist.'

'A Clover Club Cocktail is very glamorous. It’s pink, white and fluffy. You get the froth from the egg white and it comes in a nice martini glass. Or, go for something with over-the-top garnishes like a Miami Icewhich blends pink and yellow cocktails together and is rum-based. Sours are also always good to order for a picture opportunity because they have egg white to give you that froth.'

**You've Only Got 20 Minutes Before Your Dinner Reservation

You need something that won't take forever to make, slips down easily but isn't too strong. A hard cocktail combination you'll agree. So what does Bacardi's expert bartender recommend? 'Get a Spritz, it’s a little bubbly so will wake you up pre-dinner and will act as an aperitif so St-Germain Spritz is nice.
