I'm sorry to break it to you guys, but Autumn is a'coming. We're gonna segue you in nice and gently - you'll see no tights in this episode of Changing Room Selfies - but nonetheless, the advent of Autumn was something I was very aware of during my second trip to All Saints for CRS this week.
One thing you'll notice from my selfies is that things are looking pretty monochrome. This is not because I love black and white - but because All Saints do it so well that I inadvertently find myself working with an 80 per cent B&W palette. Which, when you see my top picks, is no bad thing. Who said colour-free meant boring!? (Probably me. Once. But not anymore - scout's honour.)

The split-side sweater
We've already talked about split skirts, but have you met the split sweater? All the ribbed sweaters this autumn are going to come with subtle side splits at the hem. It's a small detail, but a nice one. I also love these jeans, with ankle zips (you can almost make them flares, yay.) They're the perfect not-quite-blue, not-quite-grey shade.

The bodycon but NOT bodycon dress
Confusing you yet? This dress looks like it should be bodycon and indeed, the fit is fitted. But it doesn't feel too tight, nor restricting. I was so surprised with the ease of this dress. So useful for any party where you need to look dolled, but don't want to feel it.

The trench jacket
It's the new trench coat! Right? Right. Perfect 'trans-seasonal' piece too as it's light but covers up, essentially. Wear with some leather underneath - the All Saints staple - as leather's always a good insulator, especially with a lighter piece of outerwaear.

The jersey dress with sass
Not just your average jersey dress - and not actually monochrome! It's a very fetching, original shade of aubergine. Thought you'd appreciate a break from the norm. I love the knot detail and, of course, the split skirt - a theme at All Saints as much as in the fashion scene at large, right now. Super comfy and, like the black and white dress, easy enough to wear with trainers and heels alike.
The shirt dress reworked
We've waxed lyrical about the shirt dress this summer; so how about the, er, drapey dress? Same sort of vibe as a shirt dress, just ten shades more unique and with the prettiest tiny buttons. Favourite piece by far.
The All Saints staple
IMO All Saints are famous for two things: sparkly tops and leather. This sparkly top is as good as any; in fact, probably better. It will be far more useful than you initially imagine: wear it over a white shirt as much as you pair it with hotpants and dancing shoes (or, maybe trousers if you're not into being a show girl.)
