We’re calling this mix between the pool slide and the espadrille a slidrille. OK, we’re not. But it won’t be long before someone else does. Still, while the nomenclature may be up for queasy debate, we’re more than on board with the concept itself.
A progression and fusion of the pool slide (newcomer) and espadrille (perennial summer staple), the slider with a woven espadrille bottom is not the only thing making us want to go on holiday again, but it’s definitely in the top billing.
