Her mode of apparel is not for everyone, but Miley Cyrus's trashy technicolour on/off stage get-up (not always obviously separate) holds a certain appeal. She's like a one woman Rainbow Loom band: stoned and sparkly My Little Pony vibes emanate from her redneck ghetto fabulous wardrobe. She's intriguing and by extension, what she clothes herself in garners massive interest.
So where do you go if you want to dress like Miley? Step up Australian e-store, DI$COUNT UNIVER$E. Their so-loud-it-hurts aesthetic will see you clad in a glittery watermelon bikini top, or a sheer dress with embellished evil eyes (with Kenzo-esque aspirations) - and as such it's pure Miley magic. There are puns in there, too; a black leather choker with gold-plated DI$COUNT spelt across it parodies/pays homage to Moschino's infamous logo belt, whilst a 'DI$CUNT' t-shirt is pretty self-explanatory.
So where does Miley fit in? Well she bloody loves it, obviously. She's been photographed wearing DI$COUNT's multi-coloured long-line Trash Pray Tee as a dress, whilst sucking her thumb and clutching her groin, natch. Thing is, you can kind of see why. These togs are for badass bitches. They ooze 'chood. You put on a sequin halterneck and you're going to feel like like an untenable disco princess, just like Miley.
