Lindsay Lohan is pretty certain that a character in Grand Theft Auto V is based on her, so she's suing the game’s creators for using her image without her permission.

Linds says that her image, voice and even her clothes are used in the version five of the game that was released in September 2013. She says the Lacey Jonas character is absolutely based on her, and is so similar to her life that it includes the character trying to escape paparazzi.

The suit was filed against Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. and subsidiary Rockstar Games in New York on Wednesday.

When the game came out in September, it’s sales hit over $800m on the first day. Holy shiz, we’d probably sue, too!

Lindsay was just in London preparing for a role in the David Mamet play *Speed-the-Plow, *opening in November.
