The term 'cat eyes' when it comes to make-up has taken on a whole new meaning with the news that Karl Lagerfeld’s cat is collaborating with Shu Uemura on a make-up collection.

The adorable Choupette Lagerfeld has been building her brand for a while now – she has a very popular Twitter account, and has starred on one of Deer Dana’s T-shirts, whose previous subjects include Dolly Parton and Jay-Z.

The range will be called Shupette (um, genius!) and is set to hit shelves in time for the holiday season. Few specifics have been unveiled, but WWDsays furry false lashes are among the products that will likely be included.

Karl shot his pet himself for the campaign. He's truly besotted with the feline furball, and says she even knows how to use an iPad. She eats meals at the table with him, although we're not sure if they eat the same food. JK.

In addition to the make-up line, Choupette also has her own book on the way. It’s called *Choupette: The Private Life Of A High-Flying Fashion Cat. *Yep, we'll be buying it.
